Anant leads the Advisory Services and co-leads the Transaction Services at UrSqFt.
 
Anant spent the last 15 years as a passionate investor and advisor in the Indian Real Estate - especially residential and agricultural land . His background lies in transformation management and strategy: business, operations, people and go to market. With extensive experience of delivering solutions in multiple industries, for Forturne 100 and FTSE 250 companies, he possesses unique strengths in simplifying complex problems and guide his teams to arrive at simple yet effective solutions. He obtained his MBA from INSEAD, France and graduated with honors as a Civil Engineer from N.I.T. Kurukshetra, India. 
 
Immediately before conceptualizing UrSqFt, Anant was an Associate Partner at Gallup's London office (world's leading research based consultancy firm). Prior to that he has worked with CapGemini and TCS. Anant is married to Ewa and currently shares time between Singapore and India. He has also lived and worked in UK, US, France and Japan. Ashish Goel

Managing Partner
 
Ashish leads the Property Management Services and co-leads the Transaction Services at UrSqFt.
 
Ashish has analysed and vastly invested in builder flats and commercial establishments in the Indian Real Estate. Ashish's core strength lies in designing and implementing complex business processes: with over a decade long experience in managing, architecting, designing and developing software applications across various industry domains such as insurance, government, banking, and finance. He is apt at creating, resourcing and managing virtual teams and implementing processes to ensure high productivity and efficiency. Ashish graduated as a Mechanical Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering, India.
 
Prior to joining hands to create UrSqFt, Ashish was successfully running a consultancy firm in UK for last several years. His previous employers has been Prudential, Zurich Finacial Services, London Clearing House, Wipro, HCL and TIL. A sports passionate and a developer by experience, a native of Poland, Zenon advises UrSqFt in areas of developer projects, execution and Eastern European tie ups.

Retired as a senior bureaucrat from the state government, he spends majority of his time analysing and understanding the trends on North Indian real estate. A Civil engineer by background he advices UrSqFt team on infrastructure viability, project execution, and exit strategy.

 

R. K. Goel

Experience: 40+ years in Infrastructure consulting

Currently advising many state governments, builders and contractors on infrastructure projects, he is the backbone of UrSqFt's corporate and developer advisory. Also a Civil Engineer by background he possess vast pool of knowledge in construction, project execution and project viability.

 

Harish Mittal

Experience: 30+ years in Financial consulting

A CA by profession, Harish helps the UrSqFt team formulate domestic investment and tax strategy. He is also an apt investor in real estate and has a successful track record of formulating and executing corporate real estate transactions.
